Offerings
We carry out all entrusted to us orders with the greatest care and attention to every detail. In our work, we use quality assurance techniques used in major corporations, as well, as apply appropriate legal standards adopted in the EU. All of this is done to expand new possibilities and implement innovative solutions for our clients.
Welded structures and instrumentation
We design welded structures for heavy machinery industry including all types of vehicles, like tractors, factory and agricultural construction equipment and machines, armored vehicles, cable cars, etc.. We develop their load-bearing elements, while using current standards regarding tolerances, quality of welds and their resistance to loads.
Prototyping stations
We design and develop new individualized prototyping stations for mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic tests, as well, as modernization of existing stations and industrialization of prototyping stations according to specifications.
Calculations using the Finite Element Method
We test models in FEM analysis software for strength calculations. The data includes static loads, fatigue strength tests, and modal analysis, to determine the natural frequency. Based on the results, we make recommendations for adjustments to reduce weight, cost, and amount of components according to customer needs.
Body in white
We design the geometry of the chassis, covers and doors for the automotive industry while using the current manufacturing technology, quality, and most importantly — security requirements.
Mechanical transmissions
We design both automatic transmissions and hydraulic transmissions control systems with innovative and reliable solutions. We want to support the automotive industry with our innovative projects and solutions while contributing to more efficient eco-friendly motor vehicles.
