- Providing your personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide the indicated data will prevent the Data Controller from conducting activities. Your consent may be withdrawn at any time, but the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of data which was made on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.
- Your data will be processed on the basis of your consent, i.e. pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”).

Four Point follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
